Dream of Me

DREAM OF ME
Kirsten Dunst

Let me sleep
For when I sleep I dream that you are here
You're mine
And all my fears are left behind

I float
On air
The nightingale sings gentle lullabies
So let me close my eyes

And sleep
Per chance, to dream
So I can see the face I long to touch
To kiss
But only dreams can bring me this

So let
The moon
Shine
Softly on the boy I long to see
And maybe when he dreams
He'll dream of me

I hide beneath the clouds
And whisper to the evening stars
They tell me love is just a dream away
A dream away

So let
The moon
Shine softly on the boy I long to see
And maybe when he dreams
He'll dream of me

Oh ... dream of me

This has got to stop!

Mah Grades

Ugh, I just got my gate pass to hell... heaven?

I can't really say I'm depressed with my grades. After all, they were just as what they used to be... but, with the exception of one. I guess I don't really need to elaborate what it is no? Duh!!!!

Bored Like Hell

Like what I told Fiona earlier, I'm bored like hell.

*Sigh*

I guess I should be thankful for the 4-day holiday our teachers gave us, especially because I was sooo stressed out in school and was actually considering to miss a day of classes. Hmm, if the HS department decided to suspend classes because of no water supply then I should destroy that pump everyday. Just joking.

So here I am, typing up this entry, playing my new CD for the umpteenth time, wondering if Ate Marie and Ate Judith would reply to my e-mail today. Nyehe.

My conscience tells me I should go and work on my THE project which was--is--a pain in the asshole. My body tells me I'm lazy and forget about it. Duh.

I'm trying to fall asleep but for some strange reason I just can't do so. This morning, I woke up at half past seven even though I slept around midnight. I tried to fall back to sleep but I just can't. Insomia? I don't know.

I'm compelled to write a poem, a song or maybe a fanfic but my mind is lazy. Duh. Everything about me is lazy. So I guess I'll just surf the 'net, like xangas, blogs, Drew Arellano's thread in PEX, etc.

Hay life.

I'm Guilty

I'm guilty
I stare at your picture everyday
And I wonder what made me fall
It's making me insane

I'm guilty
I doodle your name on my paper
And I wonder what made me fall
It's making me insane

I'm guilty
I shiver when I hear your voice
And still I wonder what made me fall
It's still driving me insane

I'm guilty
I think of you always
And yet I wonder what made me fall
It's driving me insane

I'm guilty
I'm falling in love with you
And I know what made me fall
It's YOU driving me insane

Hip Hip Hoorah!

Guess what?! Guess what?! Guess what?!

I'll tell you what! Classes are suspended tomorrow even if it's freakin' hot here in the queen city of the south! Manila's got terrible (I mean terrible!) weather, makes me thankful I'm not there!

Anyways, the reason why is because there is no water supply! I dunno why they suspended classes, but heck, I'll just be thankful! Hay, thank you Lord!

A few hours after I got home, I logged on to the 'net and surfed around the sites and xangas and blogs. I found websites of celebrities!

Paula Peralejo
Luis Manzano
Bianca Araneta
Maxene Magalona

Cool! Even celebrities are blogging!

Nothing new, checked my mail, etc...

See yah.

Look-Alike?!

We look alike?! Really now. At first it was Mdme. Sales who told me about it, then it's Sherry Lou and her brother. Hmmm...

Food for Thought

Whee, so much has happened since my last update!

I didn't do any schoolwork over the weekend except for our Filipino practice.

Yesterday I watched Now That I Have You. It was a feel-good film, really. And the story is soo corney but cute! Hay, I could imagine myself being showered with rose petals on the MRT station... Hahahaha!! Then I would be kissed. O davah?! (Borrow Kace!)

Last Thursday, I got well damn rained on! Argh!! I was soaking when I arrived at home, can you buh-lieve that?! Luckily I didn't get sick.

Still on yesterday, my foot was sore like hell. Mum and I shopped around since it was sale at the mall. And what an appetite! Would you believe I ate a slice of blueberry cheese cake and a vanilla-cinnammon smoothie before the movie, then right after we bought siomai, then went to Mooon and ordered capisenos? Whew! I wouldn't wonder if I suddenly bloated up. Oh no. This has got to stop! NOW.

MANTRA: I will go on a diet. I will watch what I eat (Repeat that a gazillion times)

But still, I loved the vanilla-cinnammon smoothie. Hey, call me weird, and it tasted weird huh but I like it. I just can't explain why. Next time we go to the Dessert Factory I'm having another one!

And wheew, the capisenos never tasted so delicious. If you're wondering what they are, they're chips with melted cheese on it, and some sort of ground meat, sprinkled with what looked like pepper. Stop. My mouth's watering na!!

Outta here! Till next update!

Crazy Substitutes

I'm too lazy to think!

I'm on YM now with Tammy and we're actually trying to compose a fanfiction! Hahaha! Stupid.

As usual, school was amazingly boring today! I can't believe we underwent a new set of substitute teachers (Again!)

Lemme see, since school started there has been

1 substitute teacher in Math
1 substitute teacher in Homeroom
2 substitute teachers in Science

and... (Drumroll please!)

3 substitute teachers in English

Whoah, man!

It's driving us totally nuts because these teachers have dif'rent styles in teaching. My say?

WHY DOES IT HAPPEN TO OUR BAAAAATTTCCCHHHHHHH??

Bwiset. Huuu...

I HATE SCHOOL!

I HATE MATH! All I have to know is how to add, subtract, multiply and divide, plus fractions and decimals and integers. What's with the extras?! What are their relation to LIFE?! Argh!!!

And I'm kilig... wala lang! ü

Frustrations

FRUSTRATIONS

Yay! I'm back with a vengeance. Yes siree, I'm back to blogging after a week of not logging on. Internet rehabilitation? Nah.

I'm currently reading this captivating book lent to me by the ever thoughtful Meg (Tama ba namang bolahin?!) entitled Far Harbor. It's pretty cool. I like the girl's name, "Savannah" and the guy's family name, "O'Halloran". Ironic!

Anyways, back to what I was talkin' about. I'm online now, and first thing I did was to check e-mails.

FRUSTRATION NUMBER ONE:

I feel so totally weirded out that some people e-mail me, thinking I was Kris Aquino. Huh?! Wherever in this totally crazy world did they get that idea? Maybe it's just a prank--I dunno. Who cares?

FRUSTRATION NUMBER TWO:

Mah week went okay, nothing extraordinary happened. Most of it was a bore, as in capital B-O-R-E! I felt so totally heartbroken when I saw my Math score. Believe me, I (think I) did better in Math this year but what the hell was that? I felt like I'm good for nothing. All my efforts went to nothing? Unfair. It's just unfair.

FRUSTRATION NUMBER THREE:

BTW (For the morons who do not understand that, it means BY THE WAY), today was Mdm. Rabina's last day in school as a teacher. Huhuhu. And she gave us a lesson when we could just be wiping away our tears and reminiscin' and hugging, and picture taking. Jeez whizz.

AND THE BIGGEST FRUSTRATION IN MY ENTIRE LIFE:

I was not able to catch Wazzup Wazzup when my pretty friend Tara F (Who's working at W2) was finally able to make singit a bati from DREW ARELLANO!! Whaaa, it totally depresses me! My gawd, binati ako ni Dreeeeeewwww at di lang naman ako nakapanood?! What a harsh life. I feel like crying (OA, OA, OA!). Oh well, I hope Tara could maybe make singit another greeting for me from Drew? Tara, are you reading this?!

That's it.

Sunday Afternoon Musings

Before I start off my rattlings for today, I just wanna thank Ate J for referring Mamafia's designs to me. Ate J, you are the grooviest!

Anyways, I woke up late, around eleven. Probably it's because no one woke me up. Hey, Mom's at work today and I set my phone to silent mode to prevent hearing my Human Nature message alert tone!

Had two messages from Ate J and from another good friend Tammy (Uhm, no Vietnamese, thank goodness! Hehehe!) . Then I went down and caught Myx just about to reveal songs 3 to 1. Huwaaat, Avril Lavigne down a notch from the number one spot? Huhuhu. Itsumo's video sucks big time--I so totally cringe every time I see it. But the song still rocks, even though I'm sort of sawa already. I read today's paper too. Yup, I enjoy reading newspapers. Don't ask why.

I ate lunch and braved the first hour of ASAP Mania while having lunch. I'm not exactly the biggest fan of variety shows, be it ASAP or that show in the other station. ASAP Fanatic, I can take though. Just to see my Geoff. :P Joke!! I prefer talk shows, news and current affair programs, reality-based shows, MTV and MYX, and soap operas. Hey, they're not bad, you know. It's just that sometimes they're too dragging. Take note: Sometimes!

I played SNAKE II and flipped around the channels and decided to give up. I would have more fun typing this up than watching famous people sing you know. Which reminds me, I sort of remember Bernadette Sembrano every time I see Rachelle Ann Go (Hehehe). I dunno, there's some sort of resemblance. I like Ate B; I see her every morning on MUB. She has this sunshiny disposition I like. :)

I'm still thinking of what to give my math teacher (Who will be going away this week and who might just be reading this--hehehe, I wish). Scrapbook, maybe? I asked Tams about it and she said to give a frame of some sort. Tama ba, Tams? But I talked to Charisse on the phone and she was gonna give Mdm. Rabina one too. Nyorks.

Time to end for now. I still have to catch Fanatic. Then I watch Seasons of Love (I just love this show, it's hilarious and kilig at the same time), The Buzz (It's everyone's Sunday habit in the family), then I tune in to Rated K (It's informative and not boring. I used to watch Balitang K before too--hehe), then Amazing Race 5 (The replayed telecast, mind you) over at S23 while having dinner. I go online for a few minutes (Hahaha, minutes daw o! In denial!) and go to bed before 10 (Or is it 12? :P) That's usually how my Sunday goes.

Outta here!! I love y'all, mwah!

I'll Never Get Over You Getting Over Me

My gosh huh, I'm still asar because I had typed up a very lengthy entry yesterday, then my computer just went-- Zap! And my entry was gone before I could post it. I'm too lazy to blog now, so I'll just post a song that's one of my current favorites. It's also the song in the plug for ABS-CBN's Love in the City

I'LL NEVER GET OVER YOU GETTING OVER ME
by Expose

I hear you're taking the town again
Having a good time with all your good time friends
I don't think that you think of me
You're on your own now and I'm alone and free
I know that I should get on with my life
But a life lived without you could never be right

As long as the stars shine down from the heavens
As long as the rivers run to the sea
I'll never get over you getting over me

I try to smile so the hurt won't show
Tell everybody I was glad to see you go
But the tears just won't go away
Loneliness found me, looks like it's here to stay
I know that I ought to find someone new
But all I found is myself always thinking of you

As long as the stars shine down from the heavens
As long as the rivers run to the sea
I'll never get over you getting over me

No matter what I do, each night's a lifetime to live through
I can't go on like this, I need your touch
You're the only one I'll ever love

And as long as the stars shine down from the heavens
As long as the rivers run to the sea
I'll never get over you getting over me

As long as the stars shine down from the heavens
As long as the rivers run to the sea
I'll never get over you getting over...
I'll never get over you getting over me

Tiring Day

My Friday was a lot of fun though it was basically tiring.

Since there were no classes, Daryl decided to hold a meet for all of us. We were gonna finish off our SS project even though we already met twice, both at Sherry's house--este--mansion. This time it was different, since we were at MY house--yes, a house. Rather, apartment.

Let me tell you something. Sherry's mansion is huge, man! It has four floors and one semi-floor. According to the maids around, they have five TV sets and five bathrooms. They also have a python (Sp?), two myna birds and three dogs, one of which is a Dalmatian.

Anyways, I picked the gals (Namely Daryl, Pearl, Xan-xan, Danielle and Paulyn) up at Mango Square around ten, then we headed to Ayala (My favorite mall). We had our pics taken the afternoon before developed and we had our pics taken as well. Basically, we just bummed around in Picture City until my mom picked us up.

We found another bummer waiting in my house-Vera Joy. She said she was waiting for us an hour already. Yikes, sorry Veej! We ate lunch--pochero! Everyone loved the food and we went to work ASAP.

I don't need to elaborate on the working part, do I? But my mom drove to Ayala (To get some photos and do grocery shopping) and bought us some KFC Fun Shots (Plain and the sour créme one), these native Filipino food thingys in assorted colors (I'm not good at these stuff) and leche flan. The gang and I dug in to the food while my mom made iced tea. The iced tea's kinda cool; it was placed in the blender. A refreshing break from the iced teas they usually serve at the caf.

We finally finished at five! Our project looked totally AWESOME! I'm proud to say that! And if we don't get a high grade at this (Oh come on, you expect the first project to be PERFECT?!) then I.. don't know. I can do a lot of things you know.

My mom and I dropped the members back at Mango Square again. Before going home, my mom and I went to Labangon to buy my all-time favorite: SIOMAI!

Okay, 'tis getting pretty long for my first blog entry. See you next time!
